Description
The Semi-auto Edger LE-810 (BVT-AE810) is a precision lens edging machine for optical labs, capable of processing lenses from Φ22 mm to Φ80 mm in diameter. Supplied by BrightVision Tech, a specialized optical equipment supplier, it uses a 1:1 template system to achieve edging accuracy within 0.05 mm and axial accuracy within half a degree.
The LE-810 features a universal anti-skid chuck that prevents lens slip during edging, even for 1.74-index lenses. Whole frame lenses can be repeatedly edged without undercut. When paired with the CE-600 central locator and FP-900 hole puncher, the system achieves pupil distance accuracy within 0.6 mm and axial positioning within 2°.
