What shipping methods do you provide?

We offer various shipping options, including DHL, FedEx, TNT, and EMS. You can choose express shipping for packages under 45 kg, which arrives at your door in about 4-15 days. For larger items over 45 kg, we ship by air to your nearest airport, also within 4-15 days. For bulk shipments, sea freight is available, taking approximately 7-30 days depending on your location. If you have a Chinese agent, we can coordinate shipping to them as well. Please inform us of any special packaging requests before placing your order.

How is shipping time calculated?

The delivery time listed on your invoice refers to when you receive your tracking number. Please note that unforeseen delays may occur with shipping companies, and while we can't guarantee specific timelines, we will track your shipment until it arrives.

A standard refraction workstation includes an auto refractometer (objective measurement), a phoropter (subjective refinement), and a chart projector or digital vision chart. Optional additions cover a slit lamp for anterior segment exam, a lensmeter for verifying current prescriptions, and an auto edger for in-store lens finishing. BrightVision Tech bundles these into configurable packages for new clinics and optical chains.

What is the difference between ophthalmic equipment and optometry equipment?

The terms are largely interchangeable in clinical practice. 'Ophthalmic' typically refers to instruments used by ophthalmologists (medical eye doctors, including surgical tools), while 'optometry' refers to instruments used by optometrists (primary eye care, refraction, and vision testing).
